Introduction of Zinc-ore Beneficiation Processing

The processing flow of lead-zinc ore beneficiation requires different beneficiation methods depending on the type of ore, which requires different lead-zinc ore beneficiation equipment. The flotation method is usually used for sulfide ore. Oxidized ores are beneficiated by flotation separation or combined gravity-flotation separation. For lead-zinc ores containing multiple metals, combined magnetic-floatation separation, gravity-floatation separation, gravity-magnetic-floatation separation, etc. are generally used.

The specific process flow includes rough grinding-classification-flotation-drying. The lead and zinc materials are initially crushed, and then sent to the ball mill, which is crushed and ground by the ball mill. The next process is classification, and then sent to the flotation machine. According to the different characteristics of minerals, different flotation reagents are added, and then dried by a dryer to obtain dry and pure finished products.
