The Handling Materials and Function of Wood Dryer:

After being dried, wood chips can be used for carbon production, boiler combustion, gasification and power generation. According to testing, wood chips are a kind of biological fiber organic matter with a water content of about 50%. After drying, the water content is generally 10-15%. The wood chip dryer launched by HXJQ is designed for various wood chips, sawdust, etc. Designed and manufactured for drying wood materials, it has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, light weight, wide applicability, and flexible temperature control.

In addation, from the aspects of low-concentration emissions and equipment up-to-standard operation stability, the dust removal machine of the wood dryer should be air box pulse bag dust collector.

The Components Parts of Wood Dryer:

Wood dryer is formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring. The dryer is made up of a large, rotating cylindrical tube, the dryer slopes slightly so that the discharge end is lower than the material feed end in order to convey the material through the dryer under.

The Working Process of Wood Dryer

1. The lifting plate of rotary wood dryer which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles in
order to throw moisture materials into the rotary cylinder.
2. Then water will be separated from the materials by rotary wood dryer hot air-flow and change
air-flow and changed into vapor to be discharged into the atmosphere.
3. At last, the dried raw material will be discharged at the discharge port.
