The Handling Materials and Inner Structure of Sawdust Dryer:

Sawdust dryer is special equipment for drying sawdust. It has the characteristics of short drying time, large output, and convenient maintenance. The sawdust dryer includes a heating furnace, a feed port, a rotating drum, a cooling drum, and a discharge port. The rotating drum is located on the active roller, a feed port is arranged between the heating furnace and the rotating drum, a stir-fry blade is arranged in the rotating drum, and the cooling drum is connected with the discharge port. Due to the above structure, the sawdust can be fully contacted with hot air in the rotating drum, and fully dried.

The Advantages and Benefits of Sawdust Dryer:

1. Strong anti-overload ability, large processing capacity, low fuel consumption, and low drying cost.

2. The downstream drying method is adopted. The flue gas and wet materials enter the dryer from the same side. The outlet temperature of the dryer is low and the thermal efficiency is high.

3. Adopting a feeding device, discharging device, and dust removal device to prevent the jamming, discontinuity, unevenness, and return of the dryer feeding, and reduce the load of the dust removal system.

4. The dryer adopts the "aligning roller device", which greatly reduces wear and power loss.
