The Main Types and Usage of Rotary Kilns in Lime Production Line:

Active lime production line refers to the production line for producing active lime. Rotary kiln can be divided into cement kiln, metallurgy chemical kiln and lime kiln according to the different materials. Cement kiln is mainly used in the making of cement clinker, with dry production cement kiln and wet production cement kiln two types. 

Metallurgy chemical kiln is mainly used for poor iron ore magnetizing roast and Chromium, nickel-iron oxidizing roast in steel plant; high bauxite ore roasting in refractory plant; clinker and aluminum hydroxide roasting in aluminum plant; and chromium ore and chromium ore powder roasting in chemical plant.

The Function and Application of Rotary Kilns:

Lime kiln is used for roasting active and calcined dolomite used iron and steel plant and ferroalloy works. Application of rotary kiln helps the rapid development of cement industry, and the technical parameters, performance and operation of rotary kiln, to a large extent, determine the quality of products, productivity and cost.
