The Cement Mill (cement ball mill) is the key equipment for re-grinding the hard, nodular clinker from the cement kiln into the fine grey powder that is cement, after the primarily crushed procedure. Also known as Raw Material Mill, it is mainly used in the cement silicate product production industry, also suitable for grinding a wide range of materials in the manufacturing industries, through dry and wet grinding for all kinds of ores and other grindable materials.
It’s designed as a horizontal cylindrical rotating device with outer gear transmission, two bins, and a lattice type ball mill. The cement mill underlines strong adaptability to materials, continuous production, large crushing ratio, and easy speed adjustment to the fineness of the feed material.
It's suitable for wet and dry grinding of more than 120 kinds of materials, widely-applied in many fields.
Liners and flat lights are equipped inside the mill, easy structure and compact layout makes installation and operation hassle free.
It uses 10% less power consumption than other general grinding machines, while processing capacity enhanced by 15%-20%.
The bearing shell improves the bearing grinding, which has strong durability and low grinding cost.
The cylinder is tightly sealed to ensure dust overflow and thus minimum fines during operation, and advanced technical design for increased wear life.
