On the seminar of equipment manufacturing, experts pointed out that the high-efficiency and energy-saving is the developing trend of the mining machinery equipment.
Experts think that opencast working equipment is developing for the high-reliability, energy-saving, high-comfort, auto-operating condition surveillance and autocontrol, which adopts many methods, such as power supply by controllable silicon, timing by AC frequency conversion, concentrated lubrication by grease, shock absorption, pressure and purification in the cab, air conditioner and noise elimination and is equipped with operating condition surveillance and autocontrol by microcomputer.
Hoisting equipment is oriented on the safety and reliable work, which adopts the computer control and dynamic measurement technique on the working life and efficiency and the build-in attrition elevator on the machine structure. The crushing equipment adopts hammer double-rotor impact crusher and the product structure is developing for the fine crushing. The development of high-new equipment requires plentiful functional materials and the application of modern fine crushing technology has become an important symbol of embodying the national technology level.
For the washing equipment, all the countries are exploring the new way to meet the separating requirements of diversified minerals and different impurities and make the separating equipment developing for the high-efficiency and diversification. The high-efficiency concentrator substitutes the common concentrator in some fields and the new filter will develop quickly, such as auto-filter press with extrusion die and the horizontal belt filter. Now, the developed countries are promoting the development of single machine automatization and whole electromechanical integration. The jigger, auto-filter press, sedimentation filtering centrifuge, flotation machine, high-efficiency concentrator and swirl nozzle adopt auto control by computer for parameters.
It is reported that at present the home mining machinery is with complete categories, dimensions and equipping level by technology introduction and cooperative manufacture.
